As part of our ongoing efforts to protect the health of everyone at our facilities, we would like to share with you some of the protocols implemented by Pivotal Post and by the Building to reduce the risk of spread of COVID-19.
Per OSHA’s guidelines, Pivotal Post has made the following changes to our facilities:
A hand sanitizing station has been installed in the elevator lobby of each floor.
6 ft social distancing markers (Placed in common areas)
Kitchen occupancy & dining room seating has been limited to facilitate social distancing. In addition, communal items such as coffee makers have been temporarily phased out of use.
Shared devices like conference phones & TV remotes will be temporarily unavailable.
The use of personal face masks is required in all public areas.
Building staff has increased their routine cleaning practice by disinfecting elevator buttons, door handles, light switches, remote controls, & other places in the common areas that are frequently touched.
A hand sanitizer station is also found in the Lobby.
Face coverings are required to be worn by all who enter the building.
All individuals are expected to respect social distancing requirements.
